I have a friend now in her forties. She was prescribed Zyprexa from the ages of 7 to 9 in the USA.

She is now again on the drug and has had various psychological problems.

I wonder if she would be eligible for any financial claims - and to whom does one address such a question???

Ain't it funny how under Asset Forfeiture in the US a Street Drug Dealer can lose All his money and his Parents house to local law enforcement: which puts the proceeds into their Own budget, but Big Pharma leaves people Dead all over the place and They get a Misdemeanor parking ticket?

The prize to watch is still Fiorello on Jan 21, and if he gets actual prison time, Texas may go after J&J officers for the same. The Will to sue Pharma into a conscience just isn't there at the Fed level.

It'll take real prison time, and/or 20 to 30 $1.4 Billion losses from separate State AGs, per company, to get the job done.

The drug industry is changing so fast now. I was surprised they decided to no longer give "gifts" to doctors. I guess corporate profits are down.

Zyprexa, Vioxx, Avandia, Paxil.

Defective drugs, devious marketing, lies and deceit.

No matter what way you look at it.

When it results in death. .

The outcome is corporate manslaughter!
