See you in the High Court, Glaxo!

It’s a long old road and still there’s a long way to go, but here’s some good news at last.

As I’m sure a lot of you know, Hugh James Solicitors are leading the national group litigation in the UK on behalf of several hundred people who allege withdrawal reactions through their use of the drug Seroxat.

The Group has won its appeal against the decision of the Legal Services Commission to withdraw funding with the unanimous decision of the Funding Review Committee that the action has good prospects of success.

So it’s next stop: the High Court in London.

See you there Glaxo and let’s get everything out in the open once and for all.

I’ll post more news on this topic as and when it’s available.
