    Well, that’s not strictly true, is it? Because if one asks for somebody’s opinion on a specific matter, then that is a piece of information, specific to that (legal or natural) person.

    I wonder what it regards as a specific item of information, then, such that we can be sure we only ask for such things, in future, and thus avoid disappointment! We should ask!
